bee5 template shipped with Joomla 1.6 for free, when using this template we saw a phrase "Powered by Joomla!®" on your front-end website. Some webmaster might want to remove this sponor slogan.

We have two methods to remove the "Powered by Joomla!®":

Modify code in index.php of the beez5 template

{yourjoomlarootfolder}/templates/bee5/index.php line 278-279-280

</p>

Remove the above 3 lines then save index.php upload to your website folder by using any FTP client.

Install the modified beez5 template

Download beez5_removed_powered_by_joomla.zip then install to update the existed beez5
